The receptionist Halina was brilliant. Really informative. Went out of her way to help with London marathon information. Efficient, non time wasting . Everything you need with checking in. Restuarant was great. Staff were wonderful. Drinks were great. Room was comfortable. Really appreciated restaurant serving breakfast earlier for London marathon participants. Also appreciated table set up with bananas and gels for marathon. Great location for end of Race. Short distance from end.

I needed to print some tickets which was done for me without charge and the guys in the office there couldn't have been more helpful. The doorman getting you into your taxi was also extremely helpful. Good sized room, good wifi, good T.V. Loved the size of the bath for a good soak after a long day walking around London. Perfect location for all of Westminster, the houses of parliament, big ben, the london eye, sealife aquarium , no. 10 Downing Street all within walking distance.

Our room was great, the bed was huge, there loads of space for me to work in as I had meetings all day and I was able to have multiple meetings with the WIFI holding up all day. We had plenty of tea and coffee and even an ice bucket with an ice station on the floor for our wine!! The gym, pool and sauna were also a treat and a great way to start the day.
